Good year not to have many picks?

It's never good to be short of draft picks, but if there's ever a time this might be it.  The draft looks top-heavy (first 5-6 picks) and then turns into 2009 all over again (if you don't know what I mean, read this Gosselin piece).

The bottom two thirds of the first round is the lowest graded in 4+ years.  Same for the entire second round.  Only 2009 has a lower average grade for the third round.

This doesn't mean you can't find good players in the draft, but don't expect too many pro-bowlers out of this class.  Heck, if the 2012 class rebounds you might even see a good chuck of these 2011 draftees with a pink slip in their hands in a year and a half from now...
