Duuuuuh ! Ya think !?

  All the thousands of dollars and hours spent on college and law school , a room full of the most expensive lawyers on the brink of what could be the most expensive , non criminal litigation ever seen , and collectively the best they could come up with is .......... maybe we should sit down and talk about it ?

  If i was the parents of these legal geniuses i would be demanding a refund .

  8 years of college and law school , a month of waiting to be right back where we started . Maybe you guys should talk about this? , good grief , where'd she attend law school ,the Forrest Gump Law Academy ? Is" you should sit down and talk about this" even a  legitimate legal argument ? If two parties could sit down and talk it out they dont spend millions in legal fees and end up in your court.

  I didnt expect much out of this hearing today , but at least i got a good laugh .

  The players want to litigate rather than negotiate , which is gonna drag this out , no matter how long this drags on , in the end it has to be settled at the table , and that wont happen unless the judge locks up not only the league money but the unions also .

  Heres an idea , noone sees a penny till this is settled , no tv money , tickets cannot be sold till theres a contract , the lawyers dont get paid , no strike pay , and if you really want to settle it quick  cap how much the lawyers can make , as long as the meters running they have no reason to settle this .
