The Oakland Raiders wasted no time on rookie signings. They are now eight for eight and all eight of them should be on the practice field Friday. The new rules made it easier to sign the rooks, but it was still great to see the Raiders get it done so quickly.
The last rookie to sign was Joe Barksdale. Barksdale tweeted:
Just signed my contract with the raiders. Excited about the future. Now im headed to camp. #justwinbaby
Barksdale's signing came not long after Stefen Wisniewski.
I'd be smiling too—if I signed this contract.

Aaron Wilson of the National Football Post:
Oakland Raiders second-round offensive lineman Stefen Wisniewski agreed to $4.135 million contract and $1.507 million bonus
Wilson also tweeted
Raiders also signed fourth-round CB Chimdi Chekwa to a $2.48 million deal, per a league source.
Raiders sign third-round CB DeMarcus Van Dyke to $2.63 million deal. He got just over $590,000 to sign.
Officially a Raider!!!
Raiders have signed draft picks Stefen Wisniewski, DeMarcus Van Dyke, Chimdi Chekwa, Richard Gordon, Denarius Moore, and David Ausberry.
Richard Gordon is a big dude. I can see why he'd be a good blocker.
When the Raiders Tweeted:
Head Coach Hue Jackson announces that 4th round draft pick RB Taiwan Jones has signed and is in Napa.
He is the newest running back getting ready to take flight on a pitch play.
We got the news of Denarious Moore's signing via wbir.com:
Today former Tennessee wideout Denarius Moore inked a deal with the
Raiders valued at $2.2 million over four years. He was selected in the fifth round of the 2011 NFL Draft in April.
And the National Football Post's Aaron Wilson told us all that Ausberry was ready to roll:
Raiders seventh-round rookie WR David Ausberry got a $45,900 signing bonus.
The Raiders also added 14 undrafted free agents. If you need more info on them, you can find it right here.
