We knew with the signing of Routt , and the comments from Al shortly there after Asomagua would not be returning . It's a bummer but you just cant keep everyone , but he is the corner he is because Oakland made him a true cover corner , Al shouldn't have to pay him 2 to 4  mil above market value to stay . If he was willing to play for 12mil a year he should still be a raider . If he would rather play in Philly , so be it , but for the love of god can we hear some news from the rest of the NFL .

  It was a pleasant surprise to wake up to the news Huff would return . Apparently after Asomagua went to Philly , the bidding with SF got steep for Goldson , and for the 2nd time in a week Al refused to pay above market value for a player . I think that's a step in the right direction for our front office . I like Huff , he really came along well last year , and with Woodson coaching him up I think he'll be even better next year . I also like the overall stability it brings to our secondary . Replacing 1 starter in the secondary is doable .

  With the signings of Williams , and Barnes we are bringing back more and more of our core from last year , which will benefit us in a short run up to the season , they know the system .

  Too bad it doesn't look like Gaither's back will allow  him  to pave the way for Mc Fadden this year , but there are still options out there .

  I'll feel a bit better when I hear Miller is back in the fold , and we have signed a lineman or 2 , but all in all we're doin ok.

  Just in case anybody at NFL network forgot , there are 31 other teams out there whose fans are intrested in what their teams are doing . Philly is the Miami Heat of the NFL and i cant wait to see them choke .
