Recently there have been rumors circulating that the Oakland Raiders are interested in acquiring former second round draft pick, and Super Bowl Champion Corner back Kelvin Hayden. After the departure of Pro Bowl corner Nnamdi Asomugha, the Raiders secondary could certainly use a boost. The question is, is Hayden the right man for the job?
At the start of the 2010 season Hayden stormed the gates recording 24 tackles and one forced fumble in just the 3 first games of the Colts season. But, because of nagging injuries for the majority of the season, he only played in 11 games. He finished the season with 61 tackles and 2 picks. Lets see how he stacked up with Oakland's secondary in 2010.
Nnamdi Asomugha:
| TACK | FF | INT |

| 19 | 0 | 0 |
| TACK | FF | INT |

| 55 | 1 | 2 |
Chris Johnson:

| 16 | 0 | 2 |
| TACK | FF | INT |

Kelvin Hayden:

| 61 | 1 | 2 |
Keep in mind that Hayden only played in 11 games, while for the most part our guys participated in all 16 games. It'll be interesting to see how this situation shapes up. But all in all, if the guy is in football shape and he can contribute, I'll take that all day.
