An amusing sidebar story in Yardbarker concerning Pryor wishing to continue wearing his #2 jersey. He wore it all through school and that number was available in Oakland. BUT....since he who will not be named pretty much used it as a douche bag on his porcine physiology, Pryor was denied and given the #6 instead. Allegedly word on the jersey number came down from The Man himself. To paraphrase the article in Yardbarker, the Raiders never retire any jerseys, even their HOF players, yet this number seems defined due to the extremely shit play by the last bearer of it. So the only jersey ever retired in Oakland was due to the worst draft bust in NFL and Raider history. They could have shit-canned #2 after Aaron Brooks and burned it then.
