You get the sound blotted out if you attempt to publish on YouTube without copyright. The channel is TBHVision – if that’s Ozraider, he obviously has the copyright; and if not, there is a Share button, and everyone can use it.

I have and read up on the law suits for sharing videos too. I don’t care. If the guy said it can be used great. I just know lawyers are quick to file suits. Its not my site so whatever.

It's only an issue if the uploaded is breaking copyright

If we are going to get crazy about in reality every raider highlight video posted is breaking the NFL’s copyright it’s really up to the NFL and YouTube to enforce it and have the video removed.

I didnt upload it TBHVision is the official posting of the clip. I have actually spoke to Don’t on facebook and he is always been appreciative of the support when I post their clips around facebook and various blogs.

When I used to hang out more on here Saint was all about this being a legitimate news site and copyright infringement is a big thing. I was looking out for the site. But whatever. That’s really Saint’s job anyway.
