The latest rumor regarding Oakland's next head coach candidate is confirming there is definite change going on in Oakland. Dom Capers has been reported as another candidate. This is not your typical Oakland Raiders type of coaching candidate. I politely disagree with Rich L. and believe he is the best candidate we realistically are coveting. He would work wonders with our mediocre back seven. I always admired the work he did while in Pittsburgh and Carolina with linebackers like Sam Mills and my favorite non-Raider player growing up.
