As per PFT the leading candidate for the HC position is Dennis Allen, the Broncos DC.

Marty Morhinwheg and Mike Tice were informed they are no longer under consideration...THANK GOD! Tice and Morhinwheg are fine as assistants and coordinators, yet being a HC and succesful were elusive to them. Tice is best remembered for being busted for scalping $100K in SuperBowl tickets.
Allen may be the coach very shortly, as the coach's tab at Raiders.com is being upgraded and is unavalible.
