throuhts on your new head coach

my 2 cents is its a good hire but your OC will be big because your offense last year did well at times the good news is he turn Denver D from awful to top 15 the bad news is as jackake knows new enland kicked our butts and against big play offense like DET GB went up and down the field against his d and was in no as well i think winton moss should had been the guy a ex raider with toughness that knows gb i give mckeinse a lot of credit for trying something new and he can build a winner but will he get the 3-4 years he needs the build Oakland back to winning football

if u guys wanted a broncos guy u should had interviewer me lol as i play madden online i notince that i run some from of raider football the run between the tackles and deep ball part and 1 thing i like about the raiders is mr davis kept in the family on asst coachers the good news about this is maybe it will add some piazz to DEN/OAK games um on a side note i have a small virus in my comp ie blue screen so if i disappear in the next 2 weeks or so its because of that

if i was Oakland coach i wouild tell the players to relax and play u do not want to be too nice but u don't want to push them too hard either my off phyiohal is 50-50 run pass attack the weakness of the oppinent get the ball to d-mac d moore ford protect the rock on d rush the qb play man and zone copy ne on d look at their no names in the cb s posiains no off jack make the other team play to your stetnreh and if players bad mouth me i wouild say ok say whatever u want but your game tape sperk for you

I'd take the pragmatist approach here, J, and though I took the homer road and supported Allen from the first hint, I'd have to say I'd vote for a philosophy such as the one you laid out

so, the vote was b, but I actually think we can make it work with Allen here, and that was determined in interviews with McKenzie who knows full well the direction we’re heading, and has the idea of what, and who, it will take to get there. I’m think Saunders remains as OC in some capacity, and likely will get play calling duties. Early rumors McKenzie will use McFadden as trade bait have already surfaced, and whether or not there’s any truth to them, you have to consider it a real possibility, with it or not.

Reality is, the Raiders of the immediate and rebuilding future may not look at all like the Raiders we think we’ll see at all.

"In football, I root for the Oakland Raiders because they hire castoffs, outlaws, malcontents, and fuck -ups, they have lots of penalties, fights, and paybacks, and because Al Davis told the rest of the pig NFL owners to go get fucked. Someday, the Raiders will be strong again, and they will dip the ball in shit and shove it down the throats of the wholesome, white, heartland teams that pray together and don't deliver late hits." - George Carlin.

Harsh

That sounds brutal to me. I’m a huge fan of DMC, would hate to see him go because if that dude is healthy for the year he is an MVP. I sometimes forget that loyalty really means nothing in the NFL anymore (maybe ever). If the Colts dump Manning, no one is safe. When we let Tim Brown go, I was crushed. When we lost Nnamdi, I was stung again. I can’t imagine a team without some of these guys. That is the reality though, especially in a rebuild phase. This my amigo, is why I believe being a fan is a path to drinking. Ughhh, bottoms up.

Wazzup j-man! It's always a pleasure to hear from you.

Perhaps a coaching position may not be realistic, but how about being an inspirational leader as I see you invoke inspiration in so many of the Raider faithful. Sure you are not secretly a silver and black?
