A couple of interviews with our new HC the "Menace"

I thought that I would share some of these links and videos with the Nation. I am truly excited about this hire because just from the couple of interviews I have seen with him, it is obvious the guy knows football and knows what he is talking about.

Reggie knows what he's doing and this is another example of it. I keep trying to post an extensive look at who Reggie and the Menace are scouting at the Senior Bowl, but it keeps me from posting it for some reason. I'll keep trying though. Just to keep you updated the Raiders are looking at a bunch of defensive specialists and a RB.

To update, I've also heard that the Offensive Coordinator from Oregon could be brought in by Allen for our OC job. Interesting.....

Got to feel good about all the changes that are going on. i hated the hire at first but i’m slowly starting to like this guy.

I paused the first video at 42 seconds to let it upload and the look on Allen's face is classic. That is intense, looks like a Raider.

Definitely a well-spoken guy who seems to have a good grasp on the importance of the things the Raiders need to improve in terms of culture and intensity. Looking forward to seeing what positive impact he can have.
