I think it's time to load up a few questions for Reggie from Raider Nation. I am sure Levi is well prepared for tomorrow's press conference but perhaps we can provide him with a little more ammo for tomorrow's shoot out!

1. Going to this year it was felt by many that the Offense had some good young talent, a good veteran QB, and was moving in the right direction. Do you now consider this a unit that needs a complete overhaul just as does the Defense?

2. Do you think scheme or coaching has anything to do with the complete regression among the O-line, WR corps, and rushing attack?

3. Will Al Saunders have a role in the organization in 2013? If so, in what capacity would you like to see him contribute.

4. The Defense has lacked intensity for four weeks in a row. The Safety position has been a glaring weakness. Mike Mitchell has been characterized as an intense player who needs to learn how to control his emotions, to dial it back. Doesn't this require meaningful time on Sunday's and isn't this something the 2012 defense might actually benefit from? What will it take to get a decent evaluation of Mitchell?

Of course this doesn't even scratch the surface.... have at it guys.
