If we did decide to go in another direction at HC I would like us to try and hire Bruce Arians from the Colts. I was reading on NFL.com that he took over the team from Chuck Pagano due to him being diagnosed with leukemia after the bye and the team was 1-2 at the time and now they are 9-4 and in the playoff hunt. He has done this with a rookie QB and new Defense scheme and players as well. Just bored and thought that was interesting because I know he will be a HC next year somewhere after the job he has done in Indy.
