I approve of the way DA and McKenzie have handled him. First the suspension and now, a huge demotion to the scout squad. This is a big step in culture change for Oakland. This is the message sent, not just to the rest of the team but to any prospective draft choices: The Raiders are no longer an easy meal ticket if you can run a fast 40 yard dash.
