Look Tyvon Branch is a quality strong safety however the man can't cover nothing! sometimes it looks like he's lost out there when it comes to defense. Yes i know he runs a 4.3 but does he play at his speed all the time? i don't think so. Once again i'm not saying he is bad strong safety but Laron Landry would be a HUGE upgrade. Lets take the money we have from releasing Routt and pay that man please. I was watching nfl live the other day and they were showing Landrys pictures and my God! that is a bone crushing 223 pound safety we need in order to stop the run!. His ball instincts are great too. This will be the greatest strong safety pick-up in the last decade please MCkenzie can you visualize what im seeing! We all know Mike Huff is not a great tackler but the man can cover! . The importance of having great safeties is key when you have young defensive backs.
