The Raiders recently a private workout with Slippery Rock wide receiver Devin Goda after his pro day in March according to Tony Pauline of SI.com. No solid word on whether he will be invited for a visit but there are rumblings to that effect.
At the Slippery Rock pro day, the 6-2, 213 pound receiver ran a 4.54 40 yard dash.
He played primarily H Back at Slippery Rock where he started all 11 games as a senior. He led the team in receiving with 75 receptions, 1,028 yards and 11 touchdowns which earned him All-PSAC-West honors. His play led Slippery Rock to its first division championship since 2000 and first conference championship game appearance since 1974.
Aside from his numbers on the field and physical attributes, he also is no slouch in the classroom. He had a 3.615 GPA and was a first-team Capital One Academic All-America.
The fifth year senior is ranked second in school history in career receptions (173) and receiving yards (2,259).
He is projected to go undrafted.
