NFL offseason winners/losers: Peyton Manning boosts Broncos; defections hurt Colts

Dishonorable mention
Oakland Raiders: This is not Reggie McKenzie's fault because there's still a lot of cleanup to be done after the death of owner Al Davis and his high-spending ways. Still, it hurt to lose Bush, Schilens, Kamerion Wimbley, Kevin Boss, Samson Satele, Trevor Scott and Rock Cartwright. The Raiders can survive it, but that's pretty good depth that's gone.
I call BULLSHIT! The only one that really hurts is Bush and we just couldn't afford to keep him. The man deserves the money he's getting in Chicago and I wish him well. But it seems like all the sports writers say we are going to suck and I say they are full of shit! You can call it moneyball or whatever you want but I truly feel that Reggie Mac-n-cheese is doing a fine job of addressing our needs and picking up people that will fit the new system and don't cost an arm and a leg! Most of the FA aquisitions are either value added or are low risk with high potential gain!
Now I freely admit to being a bit of a Homer but you can accuse me of drinking too much of the kool aid or whatever but I think the biggest differance is that the coaches are legit! we are going to have modern offensive and defensive schemes without a 1960's mentality behind it all and undermining the coaches ability to coach his team! I truly believe that Reggie and Allen have put together a great bunch of coaches who are going to put together a unified TEAM! I think we are all going to be pleasantly surprised this season. I don't know if we are going to take the Division or even make the playoffs let alone a SB appearance. But I feel deep down in my gut that we are going to have our first WINNING season in a DECADE!
