As expected, Reggie McKenzie and the Raiders wasted no time once the draft ended in moving on undrafted free agents. Among them, 6'3", 238lb. TE Derek Carrier from Beloit college. These stories from fellow SB Nation affiliates report interest in the Wisconsin native from teams like the Broncos, Jaguars, and Seahawks, but it appears the Raiders have won his services for now. WR Brandon Carswell out of Southern California is also one of the new UDFAs, who checks in at 6'1, 201 lbs. A senior entering this year's talent pool, originally from Milpitas, CA, Carswell has 46 receptions and 386 yards with two TDs in 35 games over 4 years with the Trojans. Carswell brings special teams skills to the mix as well, with experience returning briefly over his college career. NFLdraftscout.com has him turning in a 4.47 40 time.
