Where are you physically?
"Physically, I'm feeling pretty good. It's a long recovery for LisFranc injury. It's one of those thing you have to let time ride it out but I'm feeling pretty good now."
Is there a different focus now on injury prevention for you?
"Only thing I can do is go out there and go hard. If I get hurt, I just get hurt. It's something I'm not going out there trying to play and not worry about getting hurt. It's part of football. You get hurt you just get hurt."
New coach, new GM, new era with Raiders. What's the feel like around the organization?
"It's a great feeling around the organization. Everybody's excited about the new coaching staff. It's like a new generation coming through for us. Everybody's very excited and we're looking forward to it."
What has Reggie McKenzie told you about his overall ideas of the team he wants to build?
"We haven't really just sat down and gotten into any indepth with anything. He just tells me that he's gonna put together a good team for us."
What do you expect from Carson Palmer over a full offseason and full 16 games?
"I think he's gonna do a tremendous job for us. Go out there and make plays for us and get the ball into those young receiver's hands that we have."
What does it mean for the Raiders that Peyton Manning is now in the division?
"It just is what it is, you know. We have to prepare every game. We can't worry about Peyton being in our division. We have to go out there and play every game one game at a time."
How does the new uniform feel?
"I love it. It's feeling great. I can't wait to get out there and play in it."
Obviously the Raiders uniform can't change much but you think it looks good?
"Yeah, I feel likes it's looks pretty good. Like you said, it's Raiders old tradition but it's a great uniform for us."
