Merely days after being convicted of assault , reckless endangerment , menacing , and firearms charges Rolando McClain attended raiders OTAs on Monday . It is unclear when or if McClain will end up serving his 180 day sentence , or what if any action the league office is going to take at this time.

The Oakland Raiders released the following statement as far as McClain's conviction . " The team will continue to closely monitor the legal process , understanding that when appropriate , the NFL will review the situation under it's personal conduct policy " .
