Remember the greats that wore the silver and black. The ones you envision when you hear the Autumn Wind. Some of us in the Nation go further back than others; but you know your team. Who was our WR that all speedsters try to duplicate? Put together that all time great D-Line that would strike fear and cause QB to retire. What running back punished the opposition until they quit? The Nation is divided because we all want the same thing but cant agree on the same fix. Hell, we got fingers pointing at each other as if we were on the field. In a way, we were. We had legends. Is it fair to hold current players to those standards? Should the current people in place demand a certain standard? I would ask the Raider nation to remember the number 37, 21, 34, 12, 32, 16, 75, etc. Need I say any names? Not if you are a real fan. WE all have knowledge of those memories.
