Curry On Roster Bubble, Burris Looks Like The Raiders Next WLB

Aaron Curry, our former starting WLB, looks to be on the way out if his trick knees don't don't improve in the next two weeks. He's had treatments left in right and although he was at practice for the firt time in wks he still has yet to practice. Curry is a physical specimen but has the intelligence of an Zagnut and has been a liability in the past in pass defense. With a pair of locked up knees his run and hit ability will be affected immensely and with rookies Miles Burris and UDFA gem Kilgore blowing up plays the time for Curry to show what he can do is down to the last two games starting Sat. vs the Lions. We only gave up two mid to late rd picks for him and none of his 3.5ML is guaranteed so cutting him will save the Raiders more cash to go after a player that can make an impact for this team which may be on the offensive end since it appears that the D is more of an offensive force as inept as our starters have looked, especially in the redzone. Hopefully Curry can get those knees in order but at this time, Curry could be cut and resigned to the vet min, brought back and put on I.R. Time is ticking Curry.
