Raiders versus Seahawks preseason live second half game thread

Stay connected for news and updates

Seattle Seahawks quarterback Matt Flynn (15) warms up prior to the game against the Oakland Raiders at CenturyLink Field.

Well the first half is over. As expected we didn't see much from the starters. The reserves haven't fared too well thus far. The Raiders are scoreless at the half, down 13-0 to the Seahawks.

The Seahawks have been marching down the field seemingly at will. Meanwhile, the tough Seahawks defense has not been fooled for a second by the Raiders' zone blocking scheme. Their offensive line coach is of course former Raiders offensive line coach, Tom Cable-a zone blocking scheme coach.

Special teams have continued to look putrid. Both of the Raiders' new additions have fumbled on returned. Roscoe Parrish has fumbled twice and Coye Franies has fumbled once. So much for those two being the answer. At least they aren't making Dennis Allen and Reggie McKenzie feel too comfortable. We'll see if either of them can do something right in the second half.

We should also see Terrelle Pryor take the field to start the second half. If not right after the half starts then shortly thereafter. He will be trying to build upon his three touchdown performance last week.

And hey, how about those hideous Seahawks uniforms, huh? Wow.
