Offense is terrible and the defense is even worse. Can't say that there is not talent in the defense, but where was the coaching staff to adapt to a very easily read Miami offense? The offense is relying on Carson's arm and I can guarantee if the Raiders do that, they will go way under .500 for the year. He just doesn't have the heart to lead a team.
