Well there you have it...WE WON. For some, the team has redeemed itself for a blooper loss, and a "Man do I hate these black shirts today" loss. For others, a sense of relief, and a bunch of deep sighs are a welcome experience today.
As us Raider fans come out from under the dark cloud that's gripped our Nation for the past few weeks, and blink our eye's in the blissful light of victory, a quick glance around the league shows us that not only are we "not" the only team that's had struggles, but only 3 teams are still undefeated. Could this be a new era of parity? Is it any teams hardware this year? Assuming our win against a strong Steeler team was "NOT" aided too much by the absents of 2 of their best players, and our offense is starting to "Get it", call me an over optimistic, way too enthusiastic Raider fan all you want, but doesn't it look like we have a good shot at the playoffs all of a sudden?
I know its only one game, but I feel unlike our past 2 games, we're starting to hit on at least 7 cylinders, and can still improve to 8. If we can do that through the season and peak at the end, I truly believe our wait could finally be over.
Is anybody else having these spirited feelings based on today's awesome comeback win, and the rest of the AFC not doing all that great either, or is this just a big win hangover, coupled with Silver & Black beer goggles?
Anyway, with all that being said how about that game S&BP????
