The list of inactives for the Raiders and Broncos in Denver have been released.
WR Matt Willis, QB Caleb Hanie, RB Knowshon Moreno, OL CJ Davis, LB Nate Irving, G Chris Kuper, NT Sealver Siliga.
Note: LB DJ Williams and LB Joe Mays are both suspended. S Quinton Carter was placed on injured reserve on Saturday.
Outlook: Replacing Chris Kuper at right guard is Manuel Ramirez. Knowshon Moreno would have split carries with Willis McGahee but McGahee will carry the load in his absence. With Matt Willis out, Andre Caldwell will be active this season for the first time.
QB Terrelle Pryor, CB Shawntae Spencer, OT Khalif Barnes, OG Lucas Nix, TE Richard Gordon, WR Darrius Heyward-Bey, DE Andre Carter.
Outlook: The Raiders signed Carter this week and the hope was he would improve their pass rushing this week. But he is apparently not ready yet. He will now have three weeks with the team to acclimate as the Raiders are on a bye for week 5. With DHB out, Juron Criner will be active for the first time since the opener.
