Marcel Reece is a versatile player. So versatile that he can make big plays from the fullback position. What if he played a different position?
He could be the 2nd running back and would split carries with Darren McFadden. Spelling McFadden often would keep both of them fresh. In my opinion Reece could be even better then Michael Bush. McFadden, Reece, and Goodson could be a 3 headed monster at running back. Running the football better will result in more wins. He already proved he could carry most the load on his own but splitting time with McFadden would be the best way for both of them.
Reece could also play tight end. He has the skill set for it.(Receiving and blocking) Brandon Myer's contract is up so he could fill a hole. This is a passing league and tight ends have become key weapons in most explosive offenses. I'm not a fan of Myers but even if they do bring him back they could run multiple TEs with Reece. There is a lot of talk about going after Packers TE Jermichael Finley because of Reggie McKenzie's love for Green Bay players. I'd be all for that and would hope Finley would rise up and become a leader to prove Green Bay was wrong about him. Even then though Finley and Reece could be 2nd to Gronk and Hernandez for best tight end core in the league.
Reece Could still see time at FB but the Raiders could give Jamize Olawale a shot. He got in on a few games and NInja posted some of his plays against Carolina on his website. Olawale would still provide that playmaking ability from the fullback spot as he plays very similar to Reece. This would allow Reece to get more involved with the offense.

We could see more of this with Reece switching positions.

Olawhale as some playmaking ability of his own and can put on some blocks.
