Maybe we should hire Spagnoula as the LB coach. I think he is a good def coach. He knows how to coach a championship defense. He could be a great help to Tarver. He is a 4-3 scheme coach with a lot of experience. The Raiders are preaching getting the best coaches. Put your money where your mouth is and hire this guy before somebody else does. A lot of coaches seem to go through the silver and black and are more successful when they leave!! Fox, Pagano, Harbaugh etc..
