Reid is definitely going to raise the bar in the AFC West, which is a good thing. He's also a guy who can be beat.

Interesting to see complaints about a lack of game time adjustments and a rigid commitment to scheme. Not utilizing all of his weapons and poor game management is another gripe.

Some good stuff from the guys that know him best.
