Raiders remaining schedule at a glance

USA TODAY Sports

The 2-4 Raiders are six games into the season. Their wins have come over the Jaguars and Chargers and losses to the Colts, Redskins, Broncos, and Chiefs. They have already played one winless team (Jaguars), and two undefeated teams (Broncos, Chiefs). This week they have their bye before they embark on the final ten games of the season.

Oct 27 STEELERS (1-4)

Nov 3 EAGLES (3-3)

Nov 10 @ Giants (0-6)

Nov 17 @ Texans (2-4)

Nov 24 TITANS (3-3)

Nov 28 @ Cowboys (3-3) Thanksgiving game

Dec 8 @ Jets (3-3)

Dec 15 CHIEFS (6-0)

Dec 22 @ Chargers (3-3)

Dec 29 BRONCOS (6-0)

Of the Raiders final ten opponents this season, only two have a winning record - and they are undefeated division rivals Broncos and Chiefs. Those ten teams have a combined record of 30-29.

They don't face a team with a winning record for the next seven weeks. The combined record of those teams is 15-23. Three of those seven teams - Steelers, Giants, Texans - have losing records and are three of the Raiders next four opponents.

The Raiders came into the season looking like underdogs to every one of these teams. Now there appear to be several winnable games. The Steelers have been a shell of their former selves, Eli Manning can't stop throwing to players not wearing a Giants uniform, and Matt Schaub and the Texans can't stop giving up defensive touchdowns.

The Jets have had some surprising wins this season right up until they went and lost to the previously winless Steelers, the Titans were without Jake Locker but they will get him back this week, the Cowboys have one of the worst defenses in the NFL but also have a high-powered offense, and the Chargers got beaten badly in Oakland and playing in San Diego is always like playing a Raiders home game.

The Raiders played the Chiefs tough in Kansas City despite a very banged up offensive line and Terrelle Pryor battling crowd noise the whole game. The offensive line should be somewhat healthy by week 15 and they'll be in their home digs.

The Broncos will be a juggernaut as long as Peyton Manning is lighting it up and that doesn't appear to end any time soon.
