The status of Raiders quarterback, Terrelle Pryor, has been in question all this week due to his injured knee. As of Friday, the outlook is not good that he will start for the team when the Raiders face the Texans in Houston.
He didn't practice on Wednesday and shared first team reps with Matt McGloin on Thursday. The judgment would depend very much on how things played out on Friday. Offensive coordinator, Greg Olson, said on Thursday that Pryor would again share reps on Friday. He did a bit less than that according to media present.

Dennis Allen confirmed Pryor had a setback.
"He wasn't as good today as he was yesterday." Allen said of Pryor.
While Pryor was going through the motions, practice squad quarterback, Tyler Wilson, was doing more than he ever does at weekly practice and looks to be preparing to be activated for the first time this season.

Wilson was the team's round four draft pick this year and after not making the team out of camp was placed on the practice squad. The team hasn't carried a third quarterback on the roster since they released Matt Flynn after week five, so Wilson has acted as the team's emergency quarterback to be activated from the practice squad should they need him. That time appears to be now.
Matt McGloin would, of course get his first start for the Raiders. He was signed as an undrafted free agent rookie out of Penn State in the off-season.
