Raiders career leader update, week 15

Another December Raiders game, another lump of coal in our stockings. Or is that a dried turd? It's so hard to tell these days.

Nevertheless, time to see where the statistical leaders from yesterday's spanking at the hands of the hated Chiefs now stack up on Oakland's all-time career and season rankings.

(* denotes the player who climbed the highest number of spots.)

All stats are provided by Pro Football Reference.

QB

Matt McGloin

Game line: 18 for 36, 297 yards, 2 TDs, 4 INTs.

Season totals: 98 for 176, 1,341 yards, 8 TDs, 7 INTs. Currently ranked #57 (#70 last week). McGloin needs 48 passing yards to reach the total thrown by Tom Flores in 1964, a year he split starting duties with Cotton Davidson.

Raiders career totals: 98 for 176, 1,341 yards, 8 TDs, 7 INTs. Currently ranked #23 (#28 last week). McGloin passed by the likes of Daunte Culpepper and Rick Mirer yesterday, and now sits four yards behind the legendary Todd Marinovich. Once he passes him, he'll be sitting right behind Terrelle Pryor of all people.

RB

Rashad Jennings

Game line: 91 rush yards, 2 TDs.

Season totals: 679 rush yards, 6 TDs. Currently ranked #50 (#63 two weeks ago). Rashad is a mere two yards away from the 681 Charlie Smith ran for in 1970.

Raiders career totals: 679 rush yards, 6 TDs. Currently ranked #31 (#35 two weeks ago). Rashad is 44 yards behind Marcel Reece, who of course is still playing. The next retired RB to catch is Eric Dickerson, who compiled 729 yards as a Raider.

WR/TE (top 2)

Rod Streater

Game line: 4 catches for 59 yards, 0 TDs.

Season totals: 54 catches for 846 yards, 3 TDs. Currently ranked #43 (#53 last week). Streater needs five yards to tie the 851 pulled down by Malcolm Barnwell in 1984, his final year as a Raider. Streater's chances for notching a 1,000-yard season look a lot less good now.

Raiders career totals: 93 catches for 1,430 yards, 6 TDs. Currently ranked #34 (#36 last week). Streater moved past James Lofton and is now 128 yards behind the next wideout on the list, Randy Moss.

Andre Holmes*

Game line: 4 catches for 58 yards, 1 TD.

Season totals: 17 catches for 322 yards, 1 TD. Currently ranked #200 (#235 last week). Needs eight yards to catch Dokie Williams, who had 330 in his last season as an L.A. Raider ('87).

Raiders career totals: 17 catches for 322 yards, 1 TD. Currently ranked #102 (#107 last week). Holmes is 19 yards behind starting TE Mychal Rivera, and 22 behind former WR Calvin Muhammad.

K

Sebastian Janikowski

Game line: 1 FG, 4 PATs, 7 points.

Season totals: 19 FGs, 34 PATs, 91 points. Currently ranked #33 (#41 last week), tied with Chris Bahr's 1988 season total. Seabass needs three points to match his total from 2003 and four to match his total from 2009.

Raiders career totals: 343 FGs, 451 PATs, 1,480 points. Still #1 all-time for the Raiders. Jano passed Steve Christie for 19th place on the NFL's all-time scoring list, and is now looking up at Olindo Mare's total of 1,555 over 16 seasons. I expect him to catch Mare about the middle of next season, at his current pace.

DEF

Sacks: Jason Hunter and Pat Sims (1.0 each).

Yesterday's sack by Sims was his first as a Raider and his sixth career sack. Hunter now has three as a Raider and 14 for his NFL career.

Interceptions: None.
