This guy just brings it - tackling, sideline to sideline player, pass rushing skills - skills in space. Hmmmm.
Would this be a bad thing for the Raiders if Bridgewater, Barr, and Clowney were taken off the board and we had him at #4 prospect on our board?
I have thought this over some and I kind of like the idea if the Raiders are planning on moving to more 3-4 looks with Moore and Mack coming off the edge (Houston/Walker, Sims/Mcgee, and Hunter/Crawford as front 3).
With Burris, Maiava, Burnett and Raoch to man the inside and Robinson moved to his more skilled 3-4 OLB position I just think this might be a good move.
If our base 4-3 with hybrid 3-4 looks are the future, then, I am not sure you take him with all the needs the team has on D. There is a trade down possibility, and still the team may consider taking Matthews if he is on the board (I do not trust Watson until I see him healthy for a season).
What thinks the nation?
