The NFL released their official order of 2013 tentative draft today. Here are the Raiders' picks in that draft.
Up to this point, the draft order was not official. Now the we can say for certain what the 2013 draft order will be prior to the release of the compensatory picks which will be released in March. Because the compensatory picks have not been added to this, the overall pick number after round is not yet known.

The Round 2, pick 5, 37 overall belongs to the Bengals as part of the Carson Palmer trade.
The Round 5, pick 5 belongs to the Seahawks from the Aaron Curry trade.
*The Round 7, pick 13 comes from the Carolina Panthers in exchange for wide receiver Louis Murphy.
