What's Up with Kelly and McClain

Tommy Kelly and Rolando McClain were expected to be among the first players released by the Raiders but they still remain on the roster. Levi explained that under the new CBA, a team can designate two players as June cuts which allows the cap hit to be spread out over two years. It seems that the only reason to have not released Kelly and McClain is because there is a possibility that the June designation might be used on another big contract player. So Kelly and McClain will not be cut until that decision is made.

Is there another reason why DHB and Huff were released but Kelly and McClain are still Raiders?
