So, the Ravens couldn't afford t hold onto Anquan Boldin at $6mil. The Patriots didn't think a two year deal at $6mil per was enough for Wes Welker (5 100 catch seasons out of the last six!).

People are ready to burn Reggie's house down because he wouldn't pay DHB $10mil to further his development.... unreal folks.

I like DHB. I wish he had drafted in the 5th or sixth round.

Word has it Philly is interested in him. From my understanding of their new offense, a big athletic WR who is a willing and proficient blocker would be a great fit. Especially if you can get him for cheap. I think DHB would be a welcome and worthy addition in Philly. His skills and demeanor would be able to flourish under realistic expectation.

I honestly wish him good luck... he is class guy. However, I think it made perfect sense for him to be cut yesterday.

Especially when put into perspective by what teams are willing to pay guys like Welker and Boldin.

For those of you lamenting the loss of DHB don't let it eat you up. It had to be done and the Raiders will be no worse off without him. A few DB's can be paid with the savings and they will be sorely needed in 2013.
