The official draft order is now set and we know what picks the Raiders will have in the 2013 NFL draft.
Up to this point, the draft order was not official. Now with the release of the compensatory draft picks the draft order is set and we can say for certain what the 2013 draft order will be. The Raiders received one sixth round compensatory pick which brings their picks total to seven.
Here are the Raiders picks as it stands now:

The Round 2, pick 5, 37 overall belongs to the Bengals as part of the Carson Palmer trade.
The Round 5, pick 5 belongs to the Seahawks from the Aaron Curry trade.
*The Round 6, pick 37 was the Raiders lone compensatory draft selection.
**The Round 7, pick 13 comes from the Carolina Panthers in exchange for wide receiver Louis Murphy.
