The Raiders are in Full Rebuilding mode!!! Now where do we go?

As a life long Raider fan, I have always enjoyed watching their success. However, my expectations are realistic this season. The Raiders are in full rebuilding mode, no clear starter at QB, no clear #1 WR, no clear #1 TE injury prone McFadden, questionable OL, defense returning only 2 starters if I am not mistaken, and until proven otherwise questionable coaching, this will be a tough year for the Raiders. The Raiders are a team in flux, however, there are a lot of positives for the future, next season provides more money, the team is young and we should see some of our young players begin to come into their own, D. Moore, Streator, at WR especially should begin to hit their stride. I am sure the Raiders organization is working diligently at offering the best chance to win this year and of course we as Raider supporters want to see success every year. I go into every season with a positive attitude and I do the same this season, it is refreshing to see the Raiders truly working on positioning themselves to be successful in the future. I believe with the money available and draft picks coming up over the next 3 years we have an opportunity to be very competitive soon. My question to all on this blog is "What do you feel the Raiders can do to build for the future?"
