Posts on SFgate.com and elsewhere have Pryor as being named as the starting QB in the season opener. Not a huge surprise considering Flynn's recent play but when you take the entire preseason and offseason into account this has got to be quite a recent development. The Silver and Black Blog names "league sources" for this information. Any confirmation out there from the Raiders or other sources? Personally, I think Pryor is the best for the team right now. We are not good enough for a "Brad Johnson" style QB to do much for us. Pryor just might spark us to some creative wins we might not get otherwise.
