Late in the Raiders loss to the Broncos Monday night, with the Raiders in short yardage from the endzone, looking to score, Terrelle Pryor left the pocket on a designed run, took a hard hit, and had to be taken to the locker room to be examined for a concussion. He was replaced by Matt Flynn and didn't return.
It was ruled afterward that Pryor did indeed suffer a concussion on the hit which will require that he go through a battery of test throughout the week before he can practice or play next week against the Washington Redskins.
Expect him to be questionable on the injury report heading into the game but if he passes one test and is able to practice, it will likely mean he will play. The Raiders next practice is Wednesday. He will have to pass test on Thursday, Friday, and before the game next Sunday if he is to play.
