Alright, he's my go at it:
Round 1: Anthony Barr - LB - UCLA
A lot is made of his lack of "polish" considering he hasn't actually played his position that long but what people should be talking about is potential. He reminds me a lot of Aldon Smith, who was extremely raw coming out as a rookie. If we use him right, as a situational pass rusher in the beginning he can have a big impact, 3-4 or not.
Round 2: Odell Beckham Jr - WR - LSU
As fluid and electric an athlete there is in this draft. Despite being only 6'0 Beckham plays bigger than he is and would immediately make an impact on offense and special teams. Beckham has HUGE hands and you know what they say about receivers with big hands...
Round 3: David Fales - QB - San Jose State
Round 4: Stanley Jean Baptiste - CB - Nebraska
Props to Assassin for pointing this beast out, he's the whole package. A extremely intelligent, lanky corner who would fit in perfectly, nevermind we have to deal with Manning and Rivers twice a year.
Round 6: Tre Boston - FS - North Carolina
Recently named to 2013 All ACC second team, Tre would provide depth at FS while learning from one of the greatest DB's in Raiders history, C-Wood.
Round 7: Prince Shembo - OLB - Notre Dame
His athleticism won't jump out at you but he's extremely disciplined and plays with a high motor at all times.
Round 7: Ricardo Allen - CB - Purdue
Another 2013 All ACC second team guy, Allen would provide depth at a position where only DJ Hayden is locked in at.
