Taiwan Jones has resigned for 4.355 million for three years.
Jones was drafted in the fourth round of the 2011 draft. He has failed to make his due as a running back but as become one of the most effective gunners in special teams in the NFL today. He will be paid 5 million dollars over the next four seasons.
This is a great first resigning by Reggie McKenzie. He has locked up a premier special teams player who has a chance to contend for the AFC special teams pro bowl slot for the next four seasons.
Hopefully this is a sign of this to come and resigning Veldheer is next on his list.
