Let's just muscle them out of the 4th overall pick

This just came to me. The 4th overall pick in this draft is crucial and could have an enormous amount of trade potential. Let's assume Clowney, Watkins, and Mack are the first off the board. The team who holds the 4th pick holds the key to every top QB or Tackle in the draft. If the three I named are not taken with the first three picks, then all the better. Anyway, why don't we just offer Cleveland our 1st round 5th pick and our 7th round 235th pick for their 1st round 4th overall? If they even think about declining we just threaten to make a bid for Alex Mack which would put them in a precarious predicament. Either trade the pick or we take your center or make you overpay to keep him. I'm aware that this may not be the most ethical way to make a deal in the NFL, but all is fair in football and war. What do you guys think?
