I hope this will help some of you who are struggling with the Carr pick. I know only time will tell if he is the real deal or not. But after reading this article I feel a little better about the pick. I have watched Dereck play live in about 8 games and he throws a nice ball. Very accurate but also a tough competitor. I honestly believe whatever he needs to fix he will fix it. He won't throw his teammates under the bus and cry or whine because he is getting hit all the time. He will challenge them to do their job and motivate them because that's the type of guy he is. That's why his teammates loved him because he was a true leader. He won't blame others. He will be the first to admit his mistakes and the first one in and the last one to leave, to make sure he corrects them. He is a leader on and off the field. We haven't had one since Gannon left. The articles title is called Sins of the Brother by Seth Wickersham. I couldn't paste the link so just paste in your search engine. Let me know what you think.
