What are the chances that we're moving more towards a base 3/4 defense? I still think we'll operate out of 4-3 at the start of games, but I have a feeling with the personnel we've acquired that most of our blitzes are going to come out of a 3-4. Sims at Nose Tackle, Tuck and Smith at Defensive end with Mack, Moore, Roach and Woodley at the linebacker spots. I'm very interested in seeing what the "mad scientist" can come up with now that he has the players to make the 3-4 work. On the offensive side of the ball, I hope we utilize McFadden and Drew in the backfield at the same time with jones as the single back and McFadden coming in motion on the end around option. When you combine that with play action, Schaub should have a defense pretty confused and vulnerable, especially in no huddle.
