Do you find yourself pouring over stats and bios in the days leading up to the draft just to be confused when your team announces its pick? Do you find that after your team makes its first pick things in your house are mysteriously broken and all the alcohol has disappeared? Have you ever spent night after night right after the draft searching the internet for any highlight video or even a mention of your teams first pick? If so you might be suffering from Post Traumatic Draft Syndrome.
PTDS is a real and scary affliction that can make even the die hard fan curl up in a corner mumbling the picks name over and over. Symptoms include having never heard of your teams pick before on any form of media, draft hosts not being able to pull up highlights because they never heard of him either, things mysteriously break on draft day and the case of beer you purchased that morning has vanished, waking up at night after the draft muttering "There is always next year".
If any of this applies to you dont worry there is hope. Here at S&BP we have had years of experience dealing with PTDS. We will pull you back from that ledge, pour you a big glass of that koolaid and reassure you that the front office knows exactly what they are doing. Happy Draft Day
