Look to the Titans for our Running Back

With the addition of Murray and Henry I am having a hard time figuring how Tennessee is gunna shape out their Half Back position. That being said, it seems like Mcculster is a guy that has the versatility they would want to utilize. Leaving Andrews and Sankey as dudes I imagine they are open to parting ways with.

As it stands I have no confidence in Taiwan Jones but make no doubt, I love what he sacrificed for our program and his willingness to move around. But the bottom line is his return game is fairly weak and he is not the special teams performer we need him to be. Roy Helu is a question mark. I think Washington could find his way into a wonderful 3rd down role for us. We have yet to see Marcell channel his inner Zach Crockett and some of the shots Latavius took last year (I still don’t know how he made it through concussion protocol vs Pittsburgh) I feel like padding that position remains an enormous priority.

A 3 down back up running back needs to be a priority. Imagine Pittsburg without Williams, Buffalo without Williams, Chicago without Langford and remember the ways in which teams struggled without depth definition at that position …. Seattle, San Francisco, Houston etc…. Bell Cows go down and #28 is a bell cow in lowercase. He needs a back up and Tennessee provides that possibility. What do yall think? Andrews, Sankey, Maybe even a Joique Bell, Arian Foster type. Playoff year Nation we need to get through December and depth is how you do it. I need opinions…
