It turns out Amari Cooper’s time out was a one day thing. He returned to the practice field today after not practicing with his teammates on Tuesday, according to media in attendance.
The Raiders are in the midst of a three-day practice period in preparation for Saturday’s match-up with the Tennessee Titans. They were in pads on Tuesday and are in just shells today.
Also seeing limited work is Reggie Nelson, who is reportedly spending much of practice on the side working with a trainer. It was the same situation on Tuesday.
Nelson had missed the entire offseason while recovering from an ankle injury he suffered in the playoffs with the Bengals after last season. He participated full in training camp and both of the first two preseason games. No word on his injury situation now.
The final practice full practice will be Thursday with a day off on Friday and the game at 5pm Saturday in Oakland.
