As the Raiders continue to tinker with the offense this free agency period, they have scheduled a meeting with former Packers tight end Jared Cook, as first reported by Ian Rapoport.
After his visit with #Vikings, assuming he doesn't sign, TE Jared Cook is expected to meet with #Raiders, I'm told. A strong landing spot

The visit will happen should Cook not reach a deal with the Vikings or Seahawks beforehand.
Cook was initially expected to re-sign with the Packers, but when they couldn’t get a deal worked out, the Packers instead signed free agent Martellus Bennett and let Cook walk.
The Raiders have been looking for a second receiving target at the tight end position to go along with Clive Walford. Mychal Rivera is currently a free agent the team is not expected to sign him back.
While Cook’s overall numbers aren’t great, he’s coming off an outstanding postseason with the Packers in which he caught 18 passes for 229 yards and 2 touchdowns, helping the Packers reach the NFC Championship game. That no doubt raised his value in his eyes and the interest from around the league.
