I love how he took a shot a "Chucky", when asked if he consulted John Gruden about the job, he stated that he contacted people who were close to him, Pete Carrol, Monte Kiffen and Jeff Tedford.
He then said that the last person he contacted was John Gruden. he said that he called and asked John to be his Offensive Coordinator. To that John said that he had to check with Bruce Allen first!!!
